Looking for some help/guidance from anyone who is in the know or has retro-fitted the original Jaguar DRLs for the XF Classic aero front bumper:
Other than the actual LED blades (part numbers C2Z17641 and C2Z17642), can anyone confirm if BOTH of the following parts ARE required in fitting them?:
- Part C2Z13637 ("fitting kit")
- Part C2Z14607 ("module Contr")
I am getting conflicting answers from different dealers - some say that yes, both are required, while others say that I don't need to order the "module contr" as its already included in the fitting kit!
I have searched here and across the net in general for the latter part number, but although that part no does appear on some sites, it is not mentioned anywhere in connection with the aero drls.
Looking at the TOPIX pictorial sheet for fitting these http://topix.jaguar.jlrext.com/topix/content/document/view?id=162417&groupId=1662 there appears to be no mention of that part number.
Can anyone shed some light (excuse the pun) on this?
