I have a motorola razr8 (the new razr) docked. Unfortunately, the last ten numbers option on the touch screen doesn't highlight. Is there any reason for this.

Not every single phone function works with every phone. With some phones you get limited functionality. That might be the reason why you don't see the last 10 numbers functionality.

If you take a look at the Bluetooth compatibility list http://www.jaguarusa.com/assets/us/...r_2009_XF_Bluetooth_Compatibility_List_v1.pdf on the Jaguar US site most of the Razrs are fully compatible, but many popular phones (e.g. BlackBerry) have the limitation that you are describing.
