Hi
I wondered if anyone has had complaints from people phoning you via bluetooth in the car of severe echo, the reception in the car is perfect but I have had people say that there is a severe echo at their end.
I have a Sony Ericson C05. :?

Welcome to the forum Rob :)
Have you checked with the Jaguar site to determine if your phone is compatible :?:

Hi Rob,

my experience is that sometimes there was an echo if I used the phone in the car even without the hands free. At that time I did not had one...
So you can probably check this next time by using your phone without the hands free?
But it can depend / change from one call to the next call. (sorry for my bad english - I hope you know what I mean)

IMO I would not necessarely blame it to the bluetooth hands free.

happy driving!

Hi, from the manual;
The Jaguar telephone system is designed to
function with a variety of Bluetooth equipped
mobile phones. The audio and echo
characteristics vary between models of mobile phones.
As a result, it may take a few seconds
for the vehicle system to adapt to provide
optimal audio performance.
In order to achieve the best possible audio
performance, it may be necessary to select a
lower speed on the heater blower and reduce
the system volume slightly, when using certain
mobile phones.
