I was not aware of this but a 3rd rear head rest can be ordered for about £30.

I dont think you can fit one to a "current" XF. It has to be a new build as there isnt the fixing points for a third headrest in the original XF

The best option is to ask your dealer, some forums say its can be retro fitted others say no.
